RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In order to ensure that your shopping experience is pleasant and satisfactory, we have formulated the following return and exchange terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please read and understand the following carefully before applying for a return or exchange so that we can better serve you.

1. Return and Exchange Policy
Applicable conditions:
The product has quality problems or does not match the description.
The product is damaged during transportation.
The product you received does not match the order.
Within 7 days after receiving the product, you decide to return or exchange the product for personal reasons (please note that some products may not be eligible for unconditional return and exchange, such as customized products, consumables, etc.).
Inapplicable conditions:
The product has been used or damaged (not quality issues).
The product packaging has been damaged or lost.
Exceeded the return and exchange period.
The product is damaged due to personal improper use.

2. Return and Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service:
You need to first contact our customer service staff by email to explain the reason for the return or exchange and provide the order number and product photos (if applicable).
Review application:
Our customer service staff will review your application as soon as possible after receiving it, and inform you whether you meet the return and exchange conditions and the next steps.
Send back the goods:
If you meet the return and exchange conditions, we will provide the return address and return requirements. You need to pack the goods as required, attach the return slip or order information, and send it back through the appropriate logistics method.
Refund or exchange:
We will inspect the returned goods after receiving them. If the goods meet the return and exchange conditions, we will handle the refund or exchange procedures for you as soon as possible. The refund will be made according to your original payment method, and the exchange will be re-shipped according to your needs.

3. Notes
Freight issue:
If the return or exchange is caused by product quality problems or errors caused by us, we will bear the return freight.
If the return or exchange is caused by your personal reasons, the return freight must be borne by you.
Refund time:
The refund processing time may vary depending on factors such as payment method and bank processing time. Usually, the refund will be completed within 2 days after receiving the returned goods.
Exchange restrictions:
If you choose to exchange, we will arrange the exchange for you based on the exchange requirements and inventory conditions you provide. If there is a price difference for the exchanged goods, you need to confirm with us and pay the price difference (if applicable) before the exchange.
Special goods:
For some special goods (such as customized goods, consumables, etc.), we may not provide unconditional return and exchange services. Please read the product details and return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.
